ENGLISH: Payment is done through PAYPAL.

I ship orders at least once a week (usually Wednesday and/or Friday). All orders are shipped from Germany with DHL and include tracking. You will get a shipping notification mail with your tracking number once your order is on its way. However, it can take up to 24 hours until the tracking information is updated.

Unfortunately, I'm currently not able to ship to Austria, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Latvia, Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Cyprus and Lithunia because all these countries require licenses or taxes because of the EU packaging waste directive.

Within Germany: 1 -2 days
Withing the EU: 1 - 2 weeks
To the UK: 1 - 2 weeks
To the US: 2 - 4 weeks
To CAN: 2 - 4 weeks
To AUS: 4 - 8 weeks
To South-America: 4 - 8 weeks
To Asia: 2 - 4 weeks

COSTS:
Unfortunately, due to DHL price rises, shipping outside of Germany has become more expensive. Shipping is now between 6 - 9,5 €. You will see the exact price in the check-out.

All prints are shipped flat in a rigid mailer.

GERMAN/DEUTSCH: Ich versende in der Regel innerhalb von 3 - 5 Werktagen, aber auf jeden Fall jeden Mittwoch. Alle Versande werden mit DHL und Tracking/einer Verfolgungsnummer versandt. Innerhalb von Deutschland dauert der Versand 1 - 2 Tage, in die Schweiz etwa 2-3 Tage. Sollte ein Versand beschädigt sein, muss das auf dem Versandweg geschehen sein und ich übernehme dafür keine Verantwortung. Für den Wiederversand einer nicht zugestellten Sendung aufgrund einer falsch angegebenen Adresse stelle ich die Versandgebühr erneut in Rechnung. Der Versand innerhalb Deutschlands kostet zwischen 3,40 - 4,00€, je nach Größe der Verpackung. Als Zahlungsdienstleister verwende ich Paypal.
