Shipping info
I ship orders at least ONCE A WEEK (usually WEDNESDAY) (or Friday if I don't have enough orders on Wednesday).
All orders are shipped from Germany with DHL and include tracking. You will get a shipping notification mail with your tracking number once your order is on its way. However, it can take up to 24 hours or more until the tracking information is updated.
Unfortunately, I'm currently not able to ship to Austria, Luxembourg, Estonia, Finland, France, Latvia, Poland, Sweden, Spain, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Cyprus and Lithunia because of the new EU packaging waste directive. All these countries require costly licenses (even for artists and small businesses) to being able to ship orders.
SHIPPING TIME:
Within Germany: 1 -2 days
Withing the EU: 1 - 2 weeks
To the UK: 1 - 2 weeks
To the US: 2 - 4 weeks
To CAN: 2 - 4 weeks
To AUS: 4 - 8 weeks
To South-America: 4 - 8 weeks
To Asia: 2 - 4 weeks
COSTS:
Shipping is between 6 - 9,5 €. You will see the exact price in the check-out.
Please note that the prices of the prints and stickers are visible on the mailers that go outside of the EU because I have to fill in a customs declaration (just in case, if you plan sending prints as gifts:))
All prints are shipped flat in a rigid mailer.
